My Easter Basket Gift Guide {2025}

March 11, 2025

Easter is so late this year (April 20!?) that I feel more prepared than usual. I'm already grabbing some cute pajamas, little trinkets, and candies for my girls' Easter baskets. It's nice to feel ahead of the game for filling their baskets for once—although I don't know if the candy will last!

Growing up, each of us five girls got one toy or item (usually tights, an umbrella, or a kite) and the rest was candy. It's funny—the other day I actually found my childhood Easter basket, and I was like, "What do I do with this? Do I keep it!?" Maybe I should fill my own basket with little things I like as a treat this year—the coloring book on this list is calling to me!

20 Finds to Fill Easter Baskets

The Classic Tale of Peter Rabbit book | Easter Basket Gift Guide

The Classic Tale of Peter Rabbit $18

This classic children's book is so nostalgic, and Easter is the perfect time to add a bunny story to your library. Is that gold leaf on the cover?! This looks like an heirloom that they'll keep and read to their own kids one day (Did it just get misty in here...?)

Butter yellow classic pajama set | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Short Sleeve Pajama Set $48

It's become a tradition of mine to include a new set of PJs in my girls' Easter baskets. Butter yellow jammies in a classic short button down set are perfect for heading into warm spring weather. These are great for boys or girls!

Air dry clay kit with animals | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Air Dry Clay Kit $36

I got this set of air dry clay animals for my girls recently, and they were a massive hit. This brand has so many different sets available—I love the dessert set as well. Each little box has the exact clay colors needed and instructions to build the little creature.

Lavender unbrush | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Mini Detangling Brush $14

Unbrush is my absolute favorite detangling brush. You can use it wet or dry—we must have 4 scattered around the house. This smaller size is great for kids' hands or travels. This is the sweetest lavender color too!

Gingham and cherry one-piece swimsuit | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Gingham One-Piece Swimsuit $45

You had me at gingham and cherry ric rac! Easter is late enough this year, that we'll all be thinking spring break and swim too. This classic suit with sweet details from Boden will have them ready for the pool this summer—or just get the hose out on a warmer spring day!

Yellow soft chick | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Warmies Chick Plushie $29

Looking for a baby gift? These cuddly warmies can be heated in the microwave for a cozy feel and calming lavender scent. It's the perfect comfort item for bedtime. They're not just for babies—Polly sleeps with hers every night!

Pink and blue baseball cap | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Kids Sunglasses | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Kids Sunglasses $12

At this point, I expect to buy kids' sunglasses every year. Their faces get bigger, and they somehow break pair after pair! And I love to find an inexpensive one to their Easter baskets. This one from Janie & Jack looks way more expensive than it is! (Why don't they come in my size?)

Paint by numbers kit | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Paint By Numbers Kit $10

For the budding artist, these are really sweet as a craft for Easter afternoon—no messy Easter egg dyes needed! I love the poppy modern art they can add to their walls with these juicy citrus fruits.

Blue seersucker swim trunks | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Seersucker Swim Trunks $35

From everything I know about my nephews, water play is peak living for little boys. I love seersucker everything...it never goes out of style and is so lightweight! These swim trunks from J.Crew are perfect for tucking in their basket to welcome the warmer months.

Butter yellow Hydrojug water bottle | Easter Basket Gift Guide

20oz. Hydrojug $34

This leakproof water bottle will become your kid's new bff. And that butter yellow color? It's the moment we've all been waiting for this spring. I love that the base is designed for cupholders so they actually don't tip over in the car and can fit in their backpacks!

Soft carrot hair clips | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Carrot Hair Clips $11

Produce is having a moment—and not just on your plates! We're seeing carrots as candles, centerpieces, and now hair clips. I'm swooning over these whimsical little clips. Can you imagine anything cuter with a sweet outfit on Easter morning?!

Bunny Lulu Keychain | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Bunny Lulu Keychain $14

I just had to get these keychains for the girls in a different color for each of them. These bunnies are adorable, so soft, and clip to your bag. Each one even comes in an adorable little tin box with stickers and a gift bag! (Why is that kids love storage almost as much as what comes inside it!?) You can grab one in so many colors too!

White bike bell | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Classic Bike Bell $15

Spring feels like riding bikes in the cul-de-sac. Kids need to get those zoomies out! These nostalgic-looking bike bells are so fun to hear them chirp out to each other. The bells come in right-handed and left-handed options, so you can get your little biker the perfect fit.

Jump rope with wooden ice cream handles | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Ice Cream Jump Rope $9

A cuter jump rope has never existed! I love a unique spin on a classic toy like this and you can't beat that price either. The wood handles shaped like mini ice cream cones? It'll also come in handy when they need to burn off some energy from all of those Butterbeer Hershey Kisses. ;)

For the kid who loves science or dinosaurs, this is a guaranteed win. It's a fun spin on traditional Easter eggs, where kids can dig in and discover different dinosaurs. For your paleontologist in training!

Sailboat Kite $50

One of my fondest memories of Easter was getting a kite. Our whole family went out and did kite flying all afternoon! I'm especially into sailboats right now, and this might be one of the coolest kites out there. It would even make a great display in a kid's room...

Beatrix Potter Coloring Book | Easter Basket Gift Guide

Beatrix Potter Coloring Book $13

I love a good coloring book and this Peter Rabbit one couldn't be more perfect for Easter. Add some of my favorite markers and they'll be all set. A great basket filler for older kids and teens—or even adults!
