Our recently launched CLJ Shop is all abuzz with excitement for our gift guides (it's our FAVORITE time of the year!). But since our homes give main character energy too, we had to shine the light on holiday decor we're loving as well. We picked the most gorgeous, elegant, traditional decor we could find from all of our favorite retailers over in the shop. I'll give you a preview of what I have my eye on from each category below.
This year, I want less flocked trees and more wild-looking trees. No perfect triangles! These are giving "I cut this down with my bare hands and an ax." Perfect! Add a bright red Christmas bow and some silvery tinsel, and I'll be a happy girlie.
I want lush, full garlands and greenery around the hearth this time of year. The more layers, the better! (Drape the gold strand over the fir garland for the ultimate in luxury.) These picks have that fresh-from-the-forest look without the upkeep or mess of real pine or fir.

If it's nostalgic or vintage-inspired, it's in my cart. I've been eyeing this blue & white platter for weeks, and these bells look like they could have come from my grandmother's attic. Plus, who can resist a cute gingerbread house or nutcracker??
My color theme this year is burgundy red with pine greens, and a bit of blue or yellow. These stockings give off such an elevated feel. And there's no place that bows can't go for the holidays.
I'm collecting all sorts of baubles with cut glass, velvet, or mercury glass texture and ornaments with throwback charm this year. This year is all about maximalist Christmas tree decorating—the more ornaments, the merrier in my book!
Tree skirts and tree toppers are the finishing touches on any Christmas tree. Metallics mixed with the velvet or a classic toile? You just can't go wrong. A classic bow or bird really feels festive but not over the top (metaphorically speaking!).

We started a tradition around 11 years ago where we had an advent calendar to count down to Christmas, and it's been a favorite thing we get out every year. My only struggle now is trying not to buy allllll of the ones I've collected here—they're just so pretty.
It wouldn't be the holidays without some frosty spruce or pine scents in the air, now would it! These tapers, diffuser oils, and candles can make any room feel festive and inviting in no time. I love to have these out for entertaining around Christmas.
One of my favorite easy (and inexpensive) decor hacks is to update our Frame TV art for the season. These moody-traditional digital art downloads are definitely going to be rotating through our bonus room for a nostalgic backdrop.
What holiday decor are you collecting this year? Any new candles that have you feeling extra-festive? Drop me a note and let me know!
