Introducing the CLJxPottery Barn Kids Collection!

I remember in February of 2021, we had just finished renovating Faye's Real-Life Princess Room when we got an email from Pottery Barn initiating a CLJxPottery Barn Kids collection. It was the fastest, easiest, yes. They mentioned that they had been following our renovations for a few years and loved our take on kids' spaces, and would love for us to imagine what a full kids' collection would look like. Yes, please. Fast-forward to today, over two years of keeping our lips sealed, and we're practically bursting with excitement because the collection is officially live and available exclusively at Pottery Barn Kids!

This whole collection is inspired by our own experiences as parents and the pieces we're drawn to when decorating our kids' spaces. The result is a collaboration of furniture, textiles, and décor that combines our love of dark-tone woods and traditional silhouettes with the craftsmanship, quality, and design expertise of Pottery Barn Kids.

Function is at the core of this collection. Furniture pieces were thoughtfully crafted to save space or convert as a child grows, ensuring the pieces can be used for years to come. For example, the wall art display doubles as meaningful décor that can showcase a child’s art, favorite prints, or family heirlooms in a stylish frame.

And the reversible quilt and shams feature two designs that can be easily interchanged to update a bedroom’s look and feel.

Knowing that this collection was born out of Faye's room in our last house feels special, especially since these pieces are going to be populating her current bedroom (hint, hint).

I also really, really wanted to include a mural, even before we had one installed in the study. The peel-and-stick mural wallpaper is the whimsical, charming touch that ties the whole collection together. Currently on a mural kick!

Every single piece in this collection was designed with careful, conscious consideration for all of you. It warms our hearts to know that these pieces will be the backdrop to your little ones' growing up, and we're so grateful to you all for your continued love and support. We have the best CLJ Squad.
