You want to know what I love about Valentine's Day? It's in February. And a couple months after the holidays, when it's still so cold out--I really appreciate something to look forward to and celebrate. I used to think that it needed to be a day of grand gestures, and bouquets of flowers, but Chris and I have made it more meaningful and special for us over the years. We do our own little gift exchange, or make a reservation and we also really love to involve the girls! Growing up, my parents always made Valentine's Day an extra special day for us. I think the day can come with a lot of pressure to to go "all-out," but Chris and I opt for simple and thoughtful. I'm less of a flowers girl and more of a greenery girl anyways, plus I can't have chocolate! ha!

If you are the exchanging type, I've rounded up some of the cutest gifts for partners, kids, friends, or (let's be honest) yourself below!
1. Blanquil Weighted Blanket $119 I love that this weighted blanket can also be a statement piece! Ours has a permanent spot on the sectional in the bonus room, and it's our absolute favorite to snuggle under during movie nights.
2. Theragun Mini $199 Chris got this one for me for Christmas and I love the color as much as the function. It's perfect for tight muscles and I use it nearly daily! It's so lightweight and fits in the palm of your hand!
3. {The And} Couples Edition $29 A cute little card game for asking each other really deep questions! Questions like: "What do you think I want from life?"
4. Leather Travel Kit $69 A snazzy little travel kit perfect for carrying the essentials: razors, toothpaste, floss, hair stuff!
5. Hudson Sling Bag $78 These sling bags are in, and I'm converted! It's like a fanny pack but cuter and so convenient!
6. Lip Sleeping Mask $22 This is a key part to my nightly skin-care routine. I wake up with my lips feeling so moisturized and soft! Feels like a fitting gift for V day.
7. Heart Sunglasses $11 I'm wanting to get these for Faye this year. She's obsessed with wearing glasses of all types and how cute are these??
8. You're a Fox $5 A card to fill with all the things you love about them.
9. Cooking for Two $40 Chris does all the cooking but I make for a happy helper! On our very first date, we went to the grocery store for ingredients and made dinner together and I still think it's one of the most romantic dates. This would be perfect for some date nights in.
10. Sweet Heart Socks $16 I've have heart eyes for these heart socks!
11. Love You Forever $5 Throwback to my childhood, crying over this book. And then back to present day, where I still cry over this book. You just can't go wrong with this classic.

15. Cast Iron Fondue Set $69 I'm always thinking about dinners that double as experiences and fondue is one of our favorite slow nights in. It would make for a great date night and we've done several with friends too!
16. Heart Bracelets $24 Instead of buying the boxes of conversation hearts, or candy necklaces (ahhh the sticky necks!) why not gift these bracelets instead? (our girls are gonna flip!)
17. Mon Paris Eau de Parfum $76 Nothing says Happy Valentine's Day more than gifting a signature scent, and trust me this scent is intoxicating. I got a sample of it about a year ago and as soon as I finished the sample, I knew I needed the real thing.
18. Pearl Bracelet $38 I love delicate, classic jewelry like this pearl bracelet.
