Ingredients
9ozcanned tuna, drained
1/4cupdried cranberries, unsweetened
1/3cupchopped celery
1/3cupchopped red onion
salt & pepper to taste
For the dressing
2tbspveganaise (I use Follow Your Heart brand)
2tbspplant-based sour cream (I use Forager brand)
1tbspdill pickle relish (I use Grillo's pickle de gallo)
1tbspdill pickle juice
2tsphoney
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Add the tuna, cranberries, celery & onion. Mix together with a spatula until combined well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
