I'm headed to Pennsylvania on an overnight work trip for a really exciting project (stay tuned for more details soon...), and feel like I finally found my travel look! It can be a struggle to pack for such a short trip, especially when you'll be in a colder airport and then back in the warmth outside. I don't want to bring a giant suitcase, but I still need to bring enough clothes and make-up to look presentable in case we're going out to dinner at a nicer place. My luggage line-up is a small carry-on, a travel backpack and my purse. The backpack is key to keep reading material handy (including some of my favorite magazines). And comfortable shoes are a must — I check my Oura ring a lot when I travel because I walk more and hit those bigger milestones!
Here's the rest of what I packed that will now be on my "travel uniform" list.
Crop Knit Top $45 This top was part of my latest Zara order and I couldn't wait to wear it. It's so comfortable for a travel day while still feeling put together.
Backpack in "Taupe" $49 I found this while shopping in store at Target and have used it on all of my trips lately. It holds so much, it's a perfect overnight bag.
Oura Ring $449 I've gained so much insight from my Oura ring and love to keep an eye on my health metrics while I'm traveling so I still maintain my wellness goals.

As a home cook, this is my favorite time of year: the time leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. But this year, I want to focus on low-effort, high-impact dishes. Something that can serve a crowd but is not too hard to make. And these spicy candied ham bites are just the ticket. Shop The […]
This post is sponsored by Neighborly, Your Hub for Home Services The beginning of the year we're always thinking "spring cleaning."
