Okay, I am not a food network host or chef, so I am not sure anyone cares about the best thing I ever ate, but I never post recipes so this one HAS to be good.
1/4 cup of brown sugar
8 oz package cream cheese–softened
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Pinch of saltÂ
(we LOVE Kosher, but regular works too)
1 tsp Vanilla
Cream together brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Â Mix in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Â That’s it. Â So easy, huh? Â Oh, and when you ARE ready to serve it, top it with:

You are gonna die! Â It is so much easier than unwrapping a whole bunch of caramels and melting them, and a whole lot tastier, too. Â We dipped Granny Smith Apples and Hanover’s sourdough pretzel pieces, and I have a feeling we are gonna be doing it all season. Â Enjoy!
