It's been over a month since we spilled the news that Chris will be writing 3 cookbooks and we figured we owed you an update. At the beginning of the month, we flew my sister Andrea up from her home in Monterrey, Mexico to shoot all the photography for the books. It was a hefty, but beyond delicious, two-week shoot that went late into the night almost every night. Although we were all tired, we had a blast. It was a dream to style and work with my talented sister and husband. An absolute dream! Earlier this week, she sent over a teaser video she put together that captured a little bit of what things looked like behind the scenes:
Next week, we hope to have a few different cover options that will reveal a little more about what these ebooks are all about. And! We decided it would be fun to have our readers choose the final cover through voting. Thanks so much for all of your support and excitement on this passion project. I love seeing it all come together!!
Well my appetite is wetted. Can't wait for the books but excited to see the process!
All I kept thinking in my head was - "shut up!", but like the good shut-up, like shut-up that food looks so amazing I want it all in my mouth right this second. Excited for you and the book!!!
