Easy And Delicious Harvest Punch

August 25, 2024

Fall is my favorite food season. I love the warm spices, apples, sweet potatoes, squash — there are so many wonderful flavors and textures to work with. To herald September, I put together this crisp Harvest Punch that looks like fall in a glass. It is the perfect beverage to serve at your next dinner party or gathering — I always make two pitchers so there's enough for either side of the table. It comes together fast, it's fresh, and it's just a fun drink for non-drinkers like us.

Martinelli's Sparkling Cider | Martinelli's Apple Cider | Lakewood Pomegranate Juice | Topo Chico Mineral Water | Glass Pinch Bowl

The only cooking we'll do is to make a simple syrup infused with fresh rosemary, a cinnamon stick, and fresh orange peel. From there, each pitcher gets the juice of half an orange, a lot of ice, Martinelli's sparkling and non-sparkling ciders, and sparkling mineral water. Top it off with some pomegranate juice, and stir with a long-handled spoon. Garnish with some fresh rosemary sprigs and slices of orange (Cara Cara oranges are especially nice with their rose hue). And that's it!

I just love the color and flavors in this Harvest Punch and it comes together in less than 10 minutes. It's apple-forward with warm herbs and spices and tartness from the pomegranate. Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments!

Fall Boots (And My Hot Take on Skinny Jeans)

There are two types of boots I'm seeing everywhere this season that create two very different silhouettes for your favorite outfits. One is a very slender boot, often with a pointed toe.
