Yesterday, the skin on my hands started coming off (I’m sorry, that is so gross), so I really need to keep them wrapped up, but the gauze squares and medical tape were NOT working. Why is medical tape so un-sticky?! Since I am sans car, on Chris’s way home from work (he had to work late), he stopped by the store to get some supplies. Once he got home and gave Greta snuggles, he played nurse and bandaged me up. Then he started running Greta’s bath, which I couldn’t help with because of my hands. Then he did the dishes, put a load of laundry in, THEN he made one FABULOUS dinner and we snuggled and watched an episode of HOUSE on his laptop in bed.

Wow! Can you please tell Chris to start a cooking blog? I wish I could cook well. By well I mean healthy and delicious. This looks absolutely perfect.

Um can we have the recipe for ALL of that?????? SO good! I haven’t made pork chops in a LONG time because I haven’t found a good recipe that doesn’t dry those suckers out.
