Black Friday is a great time to pick up gifts for others, but it’s also a great time to discover new home decor for yourself. Wayfair is one of my go-to places for both holiday and non-holiday decor, and this Black Friday they have gone DEEP with markdowns — up to 80% off with free shipping! You’ll find some of the newer pieces in my home (like this gorgeous marbled umbrella stand) at a better price than I paid! I also discovered some great “double takes” of items in our home, including this chest that’s similar to the one in our entry above.

These Black Friday finds from Wayfair will be evergreen stars in your home for winter and beyond!

  1. Gold Bullnose Mirror $279 A great look-alike to the mirror in our entry (and our living room!).
  2. Bubble Chandelier $469 Very similar to the chandelier in our study and a statement-maker for any room.
  3. Artificial Juniper Wreath $81 I’m not convinced this is artificial! It can extend into the new year, no problem!
  4. 3′ Pre-lit Faux Cypress $99 The cypress branches are so beautifully realistic, and it’s a fresh look from the typical pine.
  5. Set of 2 Table Lamps $162 Love these so much I’ve literally bought them 3 times. Can’t beat the price for a set of 2!
  6. CLJ x Loloi Wallace Chocolate Pouf $146 The colors go so well with any moody or traditional home vibes.
  7. Marble Top 5-Drawer Chest $1,799 Reminds me of our entry dresser above!
  8. Leather Firewood Rack $61 A traditional tool gets a modern upgrade.
  9. Velvet Upholstered Sofa $1,699 Looks so much like the sofa from the girls office in the cottage (we have the blue version in our current living room). You’ll never go wrong with a velvet sofa imo.

Here are some other home decor and holiday items that caught my eye!

    Black 6-Drawer Dresser $2,799
Brass Floor Lamp $112 I’m always on the hunt for a great floor lamp during sale weekends. We bought this floor lamp in my niece Gigi’s nursery!
    LED Christmas Window Candles $37
Vintage Globe Chandelier $235 A piece that could have been sourced from an antique manor home? Be still my heart.
    Bronze Sidetable $237
    Black Pedestal End Table $61
Striped Papier Mache Table Lamp $159
    Clip-on Flameless Tree Candle $33

2-Drawer Accent Chest $362 We have the smaller nightstand version of this in Polly’s room and those turned legs just make me swoon.
    Outdoor Wall Lantern $94
    Faux Cedar Garland $40
    Onyx Marble Chess Set $118
A game that doubles as decor? This could be the perfect gift for a host!
    Brass 5-Piece Fireplace Set $129
    Brass Fireplace Screen $105
    Arched Glass Front Bookcase $2,199
I use our arched cabinet to store my vases when they’re not being used. You can’t find a prettier storage solution!
    Ruffled Velvet Bedspread Set $480
    Gold Folding Stepstool $319
Single Wood Vanity with Marble Top $799

Here’s the hot topic around the CLJ office: Do you shop for others and yourself over the Black Friday weekend? Or just for gifts? I know I’ll be picking up some of these Black Friday deals at Wayfair. Let me know where you stand in the comments!

  1. Hi Julia! We absolutely shop for ourselves as well as for gifts! Every year we select a home item that has been a want, is a significant upgrade in aesthetic or quality, or is a necessity. It’s a Black Friday tradition born out of the broke apartment days, when Black Friday was the one time we could afford the splurge worthy items for home. We’ve continued that every year, even though our budget has grown with our family. It still hits the same for us, and is so fun to decide “what is our thing this year?”
