I’m a side and back sleeper and have always had the hardest time finding a pillow. So many are not supportive enough, and you wake up with a literal pain in the neck. Last year I ordered this queen-sized cervical neck pillow from Amazon on a whim. Let me just tell you, it has changed my life!
The front of the pillow slopes down and kind of cradles your neck, while your head rests in the hole in the middle. Even when I flip onto my side it’s still comfortable. There are two height options in the memory foam depending on the side, so it’s a little more customizable than a regular pillow.
Admittedly, it’s a weird shape, but once I put my satin pillowcase over it, you’d never know. If you’re a back or side sleeper who wants a supportive pillow, try it out and let me know what you think!

I’m an early-to-bed, early-to-rise type and super dedicated to my sleep rituals. I’ve made a few changes to my routine (like washing my face right after dinner and moving my phone away from my nightstand) in addition to starting a practice of gratitude journaling that have helped me unwind from the day. My other new can’t-live-without-it sleep change is adding mouth tape (use code “Julia-15” for 15% off). I was a mouth breather at night, and it was causing jaw pain and loose skin under my chin. Now I wake up having slept deeper (thanks to the insight from my Oura ring) and I’ve seen changes to my facial structure.
