I am busy taking measurements, sketching out potential layouts and building a mood board for this space:
This former tortured teen’s room is getting a completely new look and will serve as our guest room and office. Â Here’s a few sneak peeks at what we are currently thinking of for this room.

DIY a platform bed:
On the opposite side of the room, an L-shaped desk to house a sewing machine and computers with plenty of storage (found here):
An area rug to soften the bedroom side of things. Â I am loving this rich blue design from FLOR:
And a warm color palette of greens, grays and blues:
