strawberries, washed, stems removed

apricots, washed, cut in half, pit removed

lemon, zested and juiced

avocado oil
Instructions
If using wood skewers, soak in water for 5 minutes. Skewer one strawberry, one half of an apricot, and one blackberry on each skewer.
Heat a grill on high. Lightly grease with with avocado oil then grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes on each side on direct heat, until charred.
Remove from the heat onto a platter, drizzle with honey, lemon zest and lemon juice, and top with chopped fresh basil. Enjoy!
