Add the kiwi, cucumber and pineapple to a blender. Blend until liquified, then pass through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Discard the solids.
To a martini shaker add a scoop of ice, 1/4 cup of the puree, and a bottle of the cucumber soda. Close up and give one gentle shake, immediately popping the top open to release the pressure. Do this 3-4 times until much of the carbonation is released.
Pour from the shaker into a chilled glass, top off with a splash more cucumber soda. Finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
