Today I'm going to go share my three favorite recipes from the book, and at the very bottom, there will be a free download of Chris Loves Burgers! That way you can try all of those mouth-watering burgers and maybe learn a few things about how to make different pairings that will really wow you.
First up, we have the smoky pork sausage burger with the most complimentary flavors. The pork patty is paired with the best Chipotle mayo you've ever tasted (Chipotle mayo recipe is in the eBook on page 59 😉) with smoke flavored condiments. And there's even a splash of sweet between the bread and butter pickles and pretzel bun. This burger will be a hit every single time.
I can't think of a more perfect burger for the 4th of July. This bbq turkey burger is an upgraded version with my classic coleslaw recipe (page 61) and homemade bbq sauce. That homemade bbq sauce is not only much healthier than store-bought, but the flavors have so much punch. Once you try my homemade bbq sauce, it's hard going back. I have to admit, this burger is an all-around crowd-pleaser.
Oh boy, this one has to be an all-time favorite. There is absolutely nothing not to love about this burger. Beef, sourdough, bacon, jalapeno jelly, my homemade barbeque sauce, and so much more. The flavors all combine perfectly with a taste that gives a complimentary surprise in every bite.
