The Tool Gift Guide for Homeowners & Renters

I've heard that when you're gift-giving, you should prioritize "something to wear, something to read, something they want, something they need..." I would like to add "something they'll USE" to this list. It's true that nearly all of our trusty tools could fall under something Chris and I have either wanted or needed.
