I have a Chris Cooks question. We are doing our first TG turkey, and will follow your recipe, thanks! We’re going to practice first, LOL, and bought a butterball but I noticed it has been injected with a solution. Foes that matter, or can we bribe as you described? Thanks so much!
Rinse it off really well then brine – you should be fine. We’re going to be redoing the old Thanksgiving post and including a video of it next Sunday, so maybe that will be helpful, too!
