Anytime I post a photo where our dining room is visible, especially the chandelier, I get flooded with questions about where it's from. It pains me every time, because it has been discontinued. Why?! Whhhyyyyyyy. We got it nearly 4 years ago from Lamps Plus (our great room looked SO DIFFERENT!!). It's called the Sonneman Tempo 6 Light Pendant and for some reason, it's no longer sold anywhere. But! Because I get the question so often, I thought I'd hunt down some similar ones at different price points.
At the base, we chose this light because it's an excellent cross between modern and traditional (our style). The tapered shades are a great juxtaposition next to the sleek, long arms. Here are 15 that walk that line as well:
1. Rejuvenation $539
2. Build $239
3. Rejuvenation $449
4. Wayfair $399
5. AllModern $283
6. Wayfair $174
7. McGee & Co. $945
8. Crate & Barrel $499
9. AllModern $450
10. Burke Decor $1,470
11. Wayfair $315
12. Rejuvenation $489
13. Serena & Lily $2,528
14. Overstock $110
15. AllModern $578
If I were shopping for a light over our table today, I'd likely pick 3 or 8. Although 11 is very similar to what we currently have--and even made by the same company! Although I know they aren't exactly the same, hopefully this is still helpful!
Help! The link for #5 and #11 don't take you the correct lights. Of course those are the two I am most interested in! Also, I'm obsessed with these posts when you list high and low budget options for great furniture! Can you make more ? Such as dining tables, couches and vanities? Thank you!

I think your light is on Houzz https://www.houzz.com/product/10681117-robert-sonneman-lighting-485624-tempo-6-light-pendants-rubbed-bronze-transitional-pendant-lighting
It shows 5 available but I can't add it to my cart. Hmmm...Any insights? Thanks.
My biggest problem buying a new light fixture (besides getting that handy guy to install it right away...is under-estimating the lighting it will deliver. Last house had beautiful Restoration Hardware pendants over island and can lights all over kitchen. Glorious! This tiny galley kitchen in Georgia house will get cans but the adjacent dining nook needs some Wow.
This my question to you... how’s the lighting from your pretty chandelier? Can I do my taxes and read my Southern Living? Or is it more Dining-Dim & moody flattering? I love pretty but good lighting gets my vote.
Red
I really think it's both. It has so many bulbs and is the only lighting in that area. So, it lights it up really well.
So pretty! I loved your chandelier so much that I bought #3 about a month ago and it looks great in our dining room. I want to see if I can buy the black shades from Rejuvenation separately so we can switch them out for a different look when we decide to change it up again!
Oh that's a good idea!
# 3 Great find ! Thanks for the round up ????????
This is such a great roundup! I own #15 and looooove it! These are definitely the perfect modern-traditional mix! Also, they should seriously start selling your light again- you'd send so many people their way!
That's a shame that they don't make your chandelier anymore because it is fabulous! Great round up though, they really do invoke the same feel as your piece. Thanks!
I just used #3 in my new dining room and LOVE it.
I find the lighting fixtures boring and overpriced I'm looking for style.
Do the mini lampshades attach to the lightbulb - to the post somehow? Because the old post showed the bulbs only - no shades.
Yeah! They attach to the base of the bulb socket. At first we didn't put them on, but then we did and I liked it even more.
Psst. Change "you light" to "your light". It will be our little secret. The post is great with some wonderful light choices. Makes me want to be shopping!
Oh dear!! Updated!!
