Last year, we wanted to bring color to our very popular Chris Loves Julia x FloorPops peel-and-stick tile collection. We noticed that red & white marble checkerboard and green & white marble checkerboard were trending with luxury designers. I was even considering red & marble checkerboard in the mudroom at one point. Marble tiles are a big investment, and we just knew we could create something convenient, affordable, and beautiful in a peel-and-stick tile with our FloorPops friends. And let me tell you, these floor tiles turned out so stunning.
When we saw the prototype in person for the first time during the development process, I made an edit to the design so that the marble is a warmer, creamier marble. It elevates the sophistication of it. These peel-and-stick floor tiles look so incredibly high-end and now they're ready to transform floors in your homes!
The Oxblood red tile pack features a deep, warm burnt burgundy red. A really rich neutral red that's so inviting and timeless.
How pretty is this in the entryway?? I'm totally rethinking not doing checkerboard in that room!! Also the red tone totally warms up our laundry room in such a cozy way.
The Jade green marble tile pack is just beautiful, almost like a green-gray. It's soothing and incredibly versatile.
We are still in the planning phase for our primary bathroom makeover, but it's so exciting to do a little preview of what it *could* be. When you see this peel-and-stick tile up close, it really is just so incredible. The printed texture is just so gorgeous—like it could have been sourced from Italy!
Even though these additions feature colors, they both feel neutral. And I think that is where style is going now. How can we use some grounding color as a backdrop to other colors and patterns? Well, this is a great way to do it!! You can put these FloorPops tiles in an entry, a laundry room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a hallway...so many possibilities.
We wanted to envision how rooms in our house would look with this new tile...so we made floating floors that we stuck the real tile to that we could move around. (Why AI when you can blood, sweat, & tears your way into a result...ha.) I can't wait to share more real-life examples as soon as you send us your photos. We’re out of floor space in our home!! ;)
Make sure you check out our FloorPops FAQ: Your Ultimate Guide to Peel & Stick Floor Tiles. It's super helpful for any questions you may have about installation. Oh and share where you put your new floor tiles with #cljxfloorpops—I'm so excited to see you make them your own!
You should show how you made the floating floors so renters could do this in their spaces!
It was some effort to get the boards sized right, but if the landlord doesn't mind someone securing them to the floor somehow... :)
