The Bennet Blossom (Inspired by Pride & Prejudice)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ice
- 2 Tbsp Torani lavender syrup
- 1/4 cup pear juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling mineral water
- splash rose water
- fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
- Pour the ice into a glass and top with the lavender syrup and pear juice. Stir to combine. Pour over the mineral water and add a splash of rose water. Garnish with sprigs of fresh lavender.
This is lovely! My husband said it tasted like the scent of a floral perfume. I poured them in fancy glasses and garnished with lavender. Will definitely make this often! Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel of all time. Cheers!
